UMC Dubai collects the details you provide when reserving, including name, contact details, pick-up and drop-off information, and flight details where relevant, solely to operate your journey and to confirm and invoice your booking. We do not sell personal data. Booking communications take place over WhatsApp, phone or email at your choice; payment is handled through secure third-party payment links and we do not store card numbers. The reservation map and address suggestions on this site are provided by Google Maps, which processes the addresses you type under Google’s own privacy policy. For any privacy request, including deletion of your booking history, write to contact@umcdubai.ae.
