How the account works day to day.

An account changes how your company books rather than what it books. Once it is open — usually within 48 hours of receiving your company details — anyone you authorise reserves in minutes by phone, WhatsApp or email, and the desk already holds your preferences, cost-centre references and billing details, so no journey starts from a blank form.

Priority sits with account holders. When demand is high around event weeks or early-morning airport peaks, account bookings are dispatched ahead of ad-hoc requests, and a dedicated, named contact owns your account rather than a rotating queue. Every journey on the account runs to one standard, and every traveller you send is treated as the account holder would be.

Billing is consolidated into a single monthly statement, so finance reconciles once instead of chasing dozens of receipts. Confidentiality is assumed throughout: our chauffeurs serve senior executives daily, and conversations, documents and itineraries stay in the car.

How quickly can an account be operational?

Do you issue VAT-compliant invoices?

Yes. UMC is VAT-registered, and every invoice carries our Tax Registration Number (TRN) alongside a clear 5 percent VAT breakdown. Corporate accounts receive consolidated monthly invoicing with a line for each journey and cost-centre references on request, suitable for your finance team's reconciliation and expense records.

How are chauffeurs vetted?

Every chauffeur holds a valid UAE licence and a clean driving record, and is trained to our standards of presentation, discretion and route knowledge before carrying a corporate guest. All speak English, and Arabic-speaking chauffeurs can be arranged on request. The same standard applies to every booking.
